Job Title: Clinical Evaluation Specialist

Overview

As a Clinical Evaluation Specialist at Pyramid Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in performing initial assessments of care levels and facilitating pre-authorizations for recommended services. Join our committed team and contribute to the positive transformation of the lives we touch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments utilizing clinical expertise
  • Facilitate admissions across various levels of care
  • Refer clients to community service providers
  • Complete necessary documentation for prompt treatment initiation
  • Manage pre-certification processes with funding sources
  • Provide support for clinical team members as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, or counseling
  • Master's level clinical licensure is mandatory
  • Experience in mental health, trauma, eating disorders, or substance use is preferred
  • Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid are required
