Job Title: Clinical Evaluation Specialist
Overview
As a Clinical Evaluation Specialist at Pyramid Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in performing initial assessments of care levels and facilitating pre-authorizations for recommended services. Join our committed team and contribute to the positive transformation of the lives we touch.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and assessments utilizing clinical expertise
- Facilitate admissions across various levels of care
- Refer clients to community service providers
- Complete necessary documentation for prompt treatment initiation
- Manage pre-certification processes with funding sources
- Provide support for clinical team members as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, or counseling
- Master's level clinical licensure is mandatory
- Experience in mental health, trauma, eating disorders, or substance use is preferred
- Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid are required
