We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide essential clinical and technical support within our organization. As a vital member of the clinical support team, you will play a key role in enhancing the sales process by offering your expertise to colleagues and clients alike.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of ivWatch products and related practices in IV infusion and vascular access.
- Deliver educational training sessions and clinical process guidance, tailored to various clinical environments.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance collaboration and trust.
- Provide medical professionals with necessary sales support, information, and training on ivWatch products through effective educational initiatives.
- Utilize your clinical knowledge to assess customer training needs, aiming to boost product usage through consistent support.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of assigned accounts, ensuring thorough evaluations and ongoing assistance.

- Support sales efforts through clinical in-services and training for both current and prospective customers.
- Uphold positive communication and collaboration with all stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors.
- Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to stay informed about new products and technologies.

- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations, and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Document all activities and communications in the company's CRM system, ensuring updates are made regularly.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent with an R.N. designation.
- Strong clinical background with a deep understanding of IV therapy.
- Experience in teaching and technical training related to medical devices.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and communication abilities.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities and travel as required.
