Key Responsibilities:

- Develop expertise in ivWatch products, intravenous (IV) therapy, and vascular access practices.
- Deliver educational training and clinical processes through personalized sessions and group facilitation across various healthcare environments.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and medical professionals, offering support and information on ivWatch products through educational initiatives and technical assistance.
- Assess customer training needs to promote increased usage of ivWatch products, ensuring ongoing support and guidance.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of assigned accounts and provide evaluations, implementations, and continuous support.

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, contractors, and vendors to foster positive communication and teamwork.
- Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to stay updated on new products and technologies, while networking with peers and clients.

- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Document all interactions and planned activities in the company's CRM system, ensuring daily updates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field with an R.N. designation.
- Strong clinical background with a thorough understanding of IV therapy.
- Experience in teaching and technical training for medical devices.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to an unpredictable schedule and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to responsibilities and minimal supervision required.
- Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
