Real Estate Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing real estate team at DJ Dube Real Estate. You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. This role encompasses a wide range of tasks including but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:- Manage schedules, itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings
- Perform administrative duties as assigned from executives, including tasks such as picking up orders and other personal assistant tasks
- Serve as the main contact for high-level executives
- Support executives with meeting preparation and take minutes
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties
- Prepare marketing materials for campaigns
- Prepare and send monthly and quarterly mailers
- Manage social media platforms
- Assist in planning and execution of client parties/events
- Assist with client gifts and transactions
- Database management
- Calendar management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and meet deadlines
- Ethical and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in spelling and grammar
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learning and follow through with systems and procedures
- Initiator, decisive, and self-starter
- Independent and ability to work in a small office environment
- Computer skills – Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint
- Internet and website savvy
