Project Construction Manager

As ReArch Company expands its footprint into Southern VT, NH, and Northern MA, we are in search of Project Construction Managers to oversee our increasing portfolio of projects in these regions. Reporting directly to the Director of Field Operations, Project Managers will be accountable for the comprehensive management and oversight of medium to large-scale commercial construction endeavors, including healthcare facilities, retail spaces, commercial offices, industrial projects, educational institutions, senior living complexes, multifamily residences, and select custom private homes. You will collaborate closely with Assistant Project Managers, Forepersons, Carpenters, and subcontractors to uphold the highest standards of production, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will encompass developing and maintaining the weekly project schedule, directing and monitoring construction activities, adhering to budgetary constraints while implementing cost-saving measures when feasible, conducting daily site inspections, and enforcing safety protocols and procedures. The anticipated salary range for this role is $98,000-132,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience supervising commercial construction projects with budgets exceeding $8,000,000. A college degree or professional qualification in engineering or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent level of experience. In addition to extensive construction expertise and a proven track record of successful project management, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a friendly and respectful demeanor towards colleagues, the ability to collaborate positively with subcontractors and regulatory bodies, and a proactive commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
