Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team at the Rane Culinary Science Center. As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, check guests into and out of the hotel, make reservations, and answer phones.
  • Food and Beverage: Assist with food and beverage offerings, including In Room Dining Orders.
  • Room Management: Process all guest check-in according to established hotel requirements, confirm reservations in system, and review all noted information.
  • Communication: Communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or customer service role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math and money handling skills.
  • Certifications: Successful completion of training/certification programs.

Working Conditions:

  • Physical Demands: Stand, walk, run, sit, balance, stoop, kneel, climb, crouch, and/or crawl.
