Rooftop Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Rooftop Ambassador to join our team at The Laurel Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests, providing personalized attention and ensuring their needs are met.
• Perform mise en place for daily service, ensuring seamless execution.
• Oversee guest experience, ensuring it meets our high standards of service.
• Monitor and respond to guest requests, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods.
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an upscale rooftop or pool environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage procedures and functions.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
