Position Summary:

Position Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $12.00 / hour plus tips
    • If hired into a tipped role, guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20 / hour including tips.
  • Availability: Full Time & Part Time, including Weekends and Holidays.
  • Skill Level: Entry Level.
  • Outlet: Red Tail Grill.
  • Housing: May be available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish connections with guests and fellow employees.
  • Share enthusiasm for the mountains during service.
  • Adhere to leadership guidelines as outlined in daily pre-shift meetings.
  • Prepare beverage stations and food displays, handle cash transactions, greet guests, and clear tables.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout the shift and at the end of the day.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary; we will provide all essential training to perform your job safely.
  • A willingness to learn and develop.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.

A Restaurant Crew member is a versatile employee who often works across multiple departments and in various capacities to support the unified resort approach, which may include:

  • Mountain Activities.
  • Retail Rental Operations.
  • Food and Beverage Support.
  • Ticket Sales or Scanning.
  • Lift Operations.
  • Base Area Operations.

The anticipated pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to offer for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on various factors.
