Job Opportunity

Soar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to join our team in Thornton, Colorado.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the highest standards of the profession
  • Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
  • Foster strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying current with advancements in ABA therapy and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Qualifications:

  • Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program, with a bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification, with paid training provided by Soar Autism Center
  • Previous experience working with children and a genuine enjoyment of working with children
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
