Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Healthcare Support Specialist to become a valued member of our team. This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, with occasional evening hours.

About Our Clinic:

Our clinic environment is vibrant and engaging. As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will treat our patients with the utmost respect and care, ensuring their physical, emotional, and mental well-being while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

A Day in the Life:

In this role, your compassionate demeanor will greet patients as they arrive, setting the tone for their visit. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and thorough documentation, facilitating clear communication among the healthcare team. Additionally, you will ensure a clean and organized workspace for both patients and staff.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a current Medical Assistant Certificate. Those without certification upon hire must complete the certification testing within three months. All Medical Assistants are required to be certified within six months of employment and maintain their certification throughout their tenure.

While previous healthcare experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is also preferred.
