Job Title: 2X10 Call Center Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused 2X10 Call Center Agent to join our team. As a 2X10 Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide product information and make sales pitches to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer service targets
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service targets
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales
  • State or Federal work experience
