Seeking a Highly Tenacious Recruiter

Dexian is seeking a highly skilled and tenacious recruiter to join our Recruiting Team. This is an exciting opportunity to infuse the organization with strong talent in the administrative space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing the talent brand, screening candidates, advising hiring managers, and negotiating job offers.
  • Source stellar candidates by leveraging search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent.
  • Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions, including talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, and more.
  • Consult with hiring managers on their talent needs and develop effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, Human Resources, or client consulting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Corporate or Agency Recruiting
  • Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent
  • Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
