Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and address inquiries from Aftermarket teams to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for consistency.
  • Manage customer maintenance contracts and machine health, including invoicing, financial oversight, service scheduling, and recommendations for identified issues.
  • Analyze KPIs to ensure consistent performance and drive process improvements.
  • Provide training to team members on both new and existing processes.
  • Collaborate with management and product support to initiate and implement improvement projects.
  • Work with data analysts to evaluate data and generate reports to inform business decisions.
  • Promote and embody the vision, mission, and values of Butler Machinery Company.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience in product support is preferred.
  • A mechanical aptitude is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
