This position is essential to our leadership team, collaborating closely with the CEO to ensure the ongoing viability and success of our mission-driven organization.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute extensive financial strategies that resonate with our mission and objectives.
  • Oversee comprehensive financial operations, encompassing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and non-profit accounting regulations.
  • Lead and mentor financial personnel, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to evaluate costs and enhance resource allocation.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and insightful financial presentations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on best practices in non-profit financial management and accounting.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • CPA Certification is essential.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior financial leadership position, ideally within a non-profit environment.
  • Demonstrated success in financial management and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to social responsibility and a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial modeling tools.
