Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Front End Cashier Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional member service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, greeting and thanking members as they enter and exit the club
Process member purchases accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment types
Provide assistance with member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the sales floor and checkout lanes

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with accuracy and efficiency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Information:

This position requires standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds
Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
