You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating our database accordingly. As a Customer Service Representative at Kimbrell's, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. You'll be working closely with our customers to resolve their debts and collect payment, using your negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve successful outcomes. In addition to your customer-facing responsibilities, you'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating our database accordingly.
