Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cross-functional engineering development across various engineering disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, thermal, software, and firmware, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans while executing risk and change management strategies.
  • Provide hands-on program management throughout the EVT, DVT, and PVT design phases.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
  • Evaluate customer design specifications and align internal hardware development accordingly.
  • Drive hardware product solutions from initial concept through to production.
  • Conduct engineering assessments and risk analyses for hardware designs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of critical milestones for key strategic customers.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, coupled with 2-5 years of direct experience in sales and/or business development.
  • Experience within the server industry is essential.
  • A strong grasp of marketing and business management principles is crucial for this role, along with a solid understanding of the interplay between sales, marketing, and business development functions.
  • A proven history of successfully closing business deals.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including multitasking proficiency.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Effective business communication skills, particularly in facilitation, negotiation, and presentation.

Compensation: $104,500K-$134,000K+/DOE
