Job Summary

The St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities, is seeking a Client Services Monitor to join their Coordinated Street Outreach (CSO) team. This role involves observing and evaluating daily pedestrian traffic on the St. Patrick Center property, notifying staff of disturbances, and providing a welcoming presence to visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct individuals to appropriate entrances and areas of the facility
  • Use de-escalation techniques to manage volatile situations
  • Assist staff in responding to emergency situations and incidents
  • Provide intake triage and complete incident reports as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CSO Manager
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent required
  • 5-10 years of experience in client services or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
Preferred Qualifications
  • Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
