Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough intake evaluations to assess client needs and develop initial treatment plans.
- Establish provisional diagnoses and provide referral recommendations for relevant services within our programs.
- Engage in safety planning and/or provide brief therapy/bridge sessions as clinically appropriate.
- Collaborate with support services teams to ensure seamless care coordination and minimize cancellations.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- State license (associated with our location(s) in which they practice) as a Licensed Psychologist (LP), Provisionally Licensed Psychologist (PLP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (PLMFT), or Provisionally Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (PLMFT).
Additional Requirements:
- Successful completion of a background check, including a criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
- Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.
- All training requirements, including Relias, at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.
- Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
