Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Freeman Coffee Enterprises LLC. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and connect with each customer, building a rapport and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate customers on our products, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Suggestively sell gift cards, complementary/additional products, and merchandise, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Solicit orders, enter sales, and process payments in a timely and friendly fashion, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage cash drawers, following established cash handling procedures to ensure security and accuracy.
  • Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines, identifying drinks upon delivery and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
  • Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer, building loyalty and driving repeat business.
