Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Finance MBA Associate Development Program. As a Finance Associate, you will have the opportunity to gain a breadth of finance experience across the company by completing 4 six-month rotations. This program is designed to provide a dynamic learning environment that promotes high visibility to senior management and enables Finance Associates to build strong mentoring relationships with managers and peers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop operating budgets and financial forecasts for compounds in development
  • Conduct financial analysis of operating performance and return on capital expenditures
  • Work on a specific brand, managing the brand P&L and developing strategic initiatives for growing the business
  • Participate in rotational assignments in various areas, including Commercial, R&D, Manufacturing, Treasury, and Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis
Requirements:
  • Masters in Business Administration degree scheduled to graduate by Spring 2026
  • 3-5 years' work experience with strong intellectual, financial, and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others and work effectively in a matrix organization
  • Leadership potential and a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork
