Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team in Princeton, NJ. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a unique experience for our customers, identifying their needs, and providing outstanding service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, demonstrating all products, and maintaining outstanding standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to provide each customer with a customized shopping experience
  • Offer additional financing options to customers, including Lovesac credit card and secondary financing programs
  • Consistently educate clients on current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, including product placement and marketing updates
  • Partner with store management to ensure customer service issues are resolved and enhance all aspects of customer service
  • Maintain store standards, including merchandising, marketing, store cleanliness, and safety
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service, creating solutions and experiences that drive business results and engagement with the brand
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
