Position Summary:

Purpose of the Role:
This role is pivotal in driving sales growth by targeting smaller customer and project opportunities. The Inside Sales Representative will evaluate daily customer leads and prepare quotations for requested services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Sales team by generating pricing and quotes for new projects with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify and cultivate potential new clients through targeted accounts and prospect lists.
  • Assess all incoming inquiries and manage web requests, ensuring appropriate follow-up as necessary.
  • Inform new clients about available services and solutions related to waste generation, storage, transportation, and disposal.
  • Secure service agreements and onboarding documentation from clients.
  • Document all customer leads and quotes in SalesForce, generating regular progress reports.
  • Provide additional sales support as directed by the Strategy & Growth Manager.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or quoting.
- Background in waste management and disposal is preferred.
- A degree in science, mathematics, or business is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Results-oriented approach.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Commitment to meeting customer needs promptly.
  • Highly organized and methodical, capable of adhering to established processes.
  • Able to collaborate effectively across various functions.
  • Comfortable with remote client interactions via phone, email, or video.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in office environments and computer applications.
Certifications:
  • Completion of required Veolia training.
  • High School Diploma.
