Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Institech Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in managing customer relationships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach: Proactively engage with customers to move the sales cycle forward, ensuring timely follow-up on samples, quotes, and product demos.
- CRM and Schedule Management: Utilize our CRM database (ZOHO) to add new leads and document ongoing customer activity, while also managing schedules for customer meetings, onsite service calls, and new equipment installations.
- Written Communication: Compose, modify, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations from rough drafts or based on special knowledge of our product portfolio and company.
- Partner with the Marketing Team: Assist with the development and execution of special events, new product launches, monthly promotions, and social media initiatives.
- Sales Collaboration: Support the Sales Order team by being available to take inbound customer orders during heavy volume times, vacations, and be the designated Sales Order representative from 3:30 to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 3:00-4:00 PM on Friday.
Requirements:
- REQUIRED TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGY: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and ERP skills. Prior experience with Sage QuickBooks and CRM systems preferred.
- QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's degree in office administration, sales, or business required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. 3 or more years of related experience. Must understand company operations and capabilities as well as profit goals as these relate to sales volume and revenue. Must have a valid driver's license.
