Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Kimball Midwest. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, promoting our products and services, and driving sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
- Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
- Planning & Priority Setting: Plan week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate our products to potential customers to show the value and quality of our products.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas by following our company's proven sales programs and processes.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities by inputting information into our systems.
- Uncapped Commission Earnings: Earn a competitive commission on sales revenue.
