Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our team at Transteck Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales and gross profit margin goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet sales and gross profit margin goals for inside parts sales
  • Order parts according to dealership procedures
  • Maintain special order parts for the service department
  • Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of dealership procedures
