Job Summary

Birch Tree Communities is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team as a Primary Therapist. As a key member of our treatment team, you will provide high-quality mental health services to our members, including assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, and supervision of Qualified Behavioral Health Providers.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each member
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family therapy and consultation services
  • Supervise Qualified Behavioral Health Providers and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and services
  • Document all interactions with members and staff in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices in mental health treatment
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • Current licensure to practice as an MHP in Arkansas (LAC, LMSW, LPE, LPC, LCSW, PsyD, PhD)
  • Knowledge of Recovery, Strengths-Based, and Person-Centered care
  • Basic software skills and typing proficiency
  • Ability to work cooperatively and respectfully as part of a team
  • Regular and punctual attendance is required
