We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Technician to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of children and adolescents with psychiatric and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a therapeutic rapport with adolescents, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
  • Assist, support, and instruct individuals in self-help, coping skills, and positive behavioral interventions outlined in a clinical treatment plan.
  • Engage in daily activities that enhance social skill development, such as recreational and social activities.
  • Address and redirect inappropriate behavior, implementing treatment plan goals and objectives.

Requirements
