Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Therapist to provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.Responsibilities:
  • Establish open lines of communication with individuals who require mental or emotional support
  • Develop and implement prevention-oriented therapy plans
  • Collaborate with other treatment providers and placement agencies to ensure comprehensive care
  • Ensure timely completion of all documentation
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Arkansas licensure in good standing with the respective licensing board (LCSW, LMSW, LAC, LPC, LPE, LAMFT, LMFT)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong leadership qualities
