Proven Production Manager for LNP Production Excellence

Seeking a seasoned production manager to oversee LNP production and workflow scheduling
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with department managers to develop and maintain production schedules. This role requires a high level of competence, strong leadership, and a commitment to ensuring quality and efficiency. Lead teams to develop and optimize production workflows, upgrade processes, and improve delivery capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure timely delivery and quality
- Leading teams to optimize production workflows and processes
- Identifying and resolving common root causes of issues to improve production stability
- Providing operational leadership, training, and development to production team members
- Ensuring accurate budgetary reporting and forecasting
- Supporting cross-functional team communications and LNP production platform development
- Technical support and leadership for customized LNP project requests
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Synthetic Biology, Microbiology, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. 1+ years of managerial experience is required. Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills are essential. Self-motivated and passionate individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments are encouraged to apply.
