Job Title: Principal Product Manager

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to lead the development of our Project Kuiper initiative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining requirements and building systems related to enterprise customer onboarding, order management, broadband service provisioning, and satellite terminal device management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a common vision and scope for large enterprise customer-facing consoles, APIs, and business systems for management of broadband connectivity services.
  • Work closely with senior business and software engineering leaders and SMEs to understand requirements, conceptualize solutions, facilitate development, and deploy broadband customer onboarding and service activation capabilities.
  • Own tangible goals and deliverables to enable system development and readiness to scale globally and deliver the best customer experiences through service delivery.
  • Provide visibility and communicate extremely well, with responsibility to provide updates to VPs, author operation plans, business reviews documents, and communicate to the broader Kuiper and Amazon team.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • 3+ years experience in defining and launching 0-1 products.
  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
  • Experience developing well-architected services using AWS SDK or similar technologies.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $161,900/year to $279,900/year, depending on location.
