Job SummaryThis is an exempt position that reports directly to the CEO and has oversight of HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR principles, practices, and employment laws, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Direct and manage major areas such as employee relations, engagement, compensation, benefits, performance management, compliance, safety, training & organizational development, and HR metrics & reporting.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with the HR Generalist to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Leadership Development: Foster a culture of learning, integrity, innovation, and collaboration among team members.
- Change Management: Effectively communicate and lead changes within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 1-2 years of management experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).
This role requires occasional travel to other facilities or industry events. We offer a standard Monday-Friday schedule with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
