Job Summary

This is an exempt position that reports directly to the CEO and has oversight of HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR principles, practices, and employment laws, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Direct and manage major areas such as employee relations, engagement, compensation, benefits, performance management, compliance, safety, training & organizational development, and HR metrics & reporting.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with the HR Generalist to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Leadership Development: Foster a culture of learning, integrity, innovation, and collaboration among team members.
  • Change Management: Effectively communicate and lead changes within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 1-2 years of management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).
Working Environment

This role requires occasional travel to other facilities or industry events. We offer a standard Monday-Friday schedule with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
