About the Role

Surya Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage multiple channels of our business, including top mass merchant stores and diverse e-commerce partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer experience intuition, business and product knowledge, and solid understanding of technical concepts.

  • Support customer conversations and communicate effectively
  • Learn a large, rich product catalog
  • Review data to identify areas of success and improvement
Key Responsibilities

The Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Helping manage content, pricing, and promotional strategy for our product catalog
  • Preparing inventory proposals and reviewing selling opportunities
  • Following up on orders, shipping, and customer requests
  • Conducting competitive analysis to evaluate market trends
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, merchandising, or a related field
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Expertise in Excel and analytical skills
