Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Protein Science Product and Technical Services Representative to join our team at Vitruvian Consulting, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and demonstrate processing techniques to new and potential customers
  • Prepare economic justifications for capital equipment as it pertains to particular formulations and potential customers
  • Prepare and present Technical Demonstrations and presentations at industry trade shows, Corporate Innovation centers, or customer locations
  • Partner with other company departments to help design and/or modify product lines
  • Provide assistance to technical sales team and international sales network
Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years experience in food process design, preferably supporting protein processing
  • Related degree in food science, food/protein processing, or related discipline desired
  • Travel up to 85% of the time including some weekends, Domestic and International
  • Must have a valid driver's license, credit card, valid and Current U.S. passport
