Job Summary:

The Patient Services Representative (PSR) is a key member of our team at ProCare Rx, responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts related to patient enrollment and refills for Mail Order programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly and courteously answer incoming telephone calls and manage outbound outreach for enrollment and refills.
  • Assess, prioritize, and resolve client issues using good listening and comprehension skills.
  • Escalate issues to management as appropriate and document all pertinent information.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of Call Center experience, preferably in both inbound and outbound call centers.
  • Commercial/Medicare/Medicaid Insurance Verification background is a plus.
  • Patient Intake experience is also a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills are required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
  • Highly organized and motivated with excellent time management skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and on a team is required.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.

Education:
High School Graduate required. Pharmacy Technician Certification is a plus.

Physical Demands:
Requires sitting, standing, and occasional light lifting.
