Job Opportunity at Bern's Steak House

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate at Bern's Steak House.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and handle high volumes of guest needs in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Input accurate reservations and guest requests into our digital reservation system.
  • Answer guest questions regarding our menu, history, and policies.
  • Communicate messages and special requests to teammates in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exude a welcoming and friendly demeanor at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail and ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must maintain a professional demeanor and well-groomed appearance at all times.
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to overall team goals.
  • Must be able to work with your hands, stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
