  • Ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical systems in demanding environments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing and executing complex electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools, circuit design, PCB layout, and electrical simulation software (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, KiCad).
  • Demonstrated track record in designing, producing, and deploying hardware across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in guiding complex electrical engineering projects from concept to delivery.
  • 3+ years in a leadership capacity, effectively managing teams of engineers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development of electrical systems for self-driving cars.
  • Proven ability to optimize electrical systems for efficiency, reliability, and safety in challenging environments.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific safety and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 61508) and the ability to implement them effectively.
