Office Coordinator

Join Bonaventure Senior Living as an Office Manager and be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional senior living services.
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for the administrative coordination of office operations, including word processing, payroll preparation, supply requisition, filing, and other clerical services.
Key Responsibilities:
\t* Coordinate activities of various clerical departments and their employees
\t* Assist with coordination of community events, tours, and marketing strategies
\t* Develop and follow-through on marketing pieces, as directed by the Executive Director or the Director of Corporate Marketing
\t* Perform bookkeeper activities
\t* Assist the Executive Director
Requirements:
\t* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
\t* English language required
\t* CPR Certification (preferred)
\t* Must pass criminal background check and drug test
