Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Capital Medical Center. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical duties, including vital signs, injections, and EKGs, under the supervision of a licensed healthcare practitioner.
  • Assist with front office duties, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing patient records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) certification.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a physician's office or medical facility.
