Position Overview

This role demands a valid Washington State License. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring strong organizational abilities and adaptability. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor while assisting in patient examinations and treatments under the supervision of a Physician or Physician Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and preparing patients for their appointments
  • Supporting healthcare providers during examinations and surgical interventions
  • Managing prescription refill requests
  • Setting up examination rooms for consultations and procedures
  • Coordinating appointment schedules and effectively handling patient inquiries
  • Delivering patient education and post-operative care guidance
  • Performing suture removals and wound assessments
  • Upholding a professional demeanor and appearance at all times

Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:

Applicants must hold a Washington State Certified Medical Assistant license. A minimum of one to two years of relevant experience or training is required. Exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational capabilities, self-motivation, and attention to detail are essential.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in dermatology and familiarity with electronic medical records are advantageous.
