Job Summary

The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant is a vital role within our organization, responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with physicians, clinical staff, and front office personnel to ensure seamless patient care and outstanding health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans
  • Perform a range of clinical tasks, including vital sign collection, medication administration, and wound care
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting autonomy and dignity
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols
Requirements
  • Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) license
  • Current BLS Certification or ability to obtain through in-house training
  • Minimum one year of experience in a physician's office or medical facility
  • Exceptions may be made for applicants with pending WA DOH MA-R certification or Idaho positions
