Project Coordinator and Talent Support Specialist

CMT Services, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator and Talent Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development and operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing project documents, and providing support for all stages of the proposal development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project coordination activities, events, resources, equipment, and information.
- Organize project documents, proposal reviews, presentations, plans, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Provide support for all stages of the proposal development process.
- Coordinate production of schedules, outlines, edits, matrices, proposal kickoffs, and proposal meetings.
- Identify strategies to designate projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
- Maintain and recommend effective communication channels and strategies to ensure streamlined processes with clients.
- Research and recommend solicitation opportunities for the scope of business.
- Ensure accuracy of the proposal core data/information on templates, documents, spreadsheets, etc.
- Coordinate work group sessions and major staff meetings.
- Support coordinating logistics and producing materials needed for review sessions and meetings related to the proposal process.
- Organize company documents into updated filing systems.
- Maintain files and records in electronic and paper formats.
- Interface with technical writers and subject matter experts in coordinating information.
- Help organize training and development initiatives.
- Coordinate traveling arrangements, event preparations, and administrative functions.
- Assist with identifying risk factors, resource limitations, and barriers to coordinating projects.
- Assist with identifying project opportunities, business development resources, and service availabilities.
- Help establish business connections with professional groups, communities, and organizations.
- Act as the point of contact for assigned projects and communicate project status.
- Manage employees' subscriptions to conferences, events, training, e-learning courses, etc.
- Coordinate and/or support quarterly newsletters and assist with business leadership training catalog and outreach.
- Maintain company's certifications and update SAM profile.
- Coordinate business development updates to company's pipelines with the executive capture manager.
- Prepare end-of-day stand-up and released end-of-day summary by designated timeframes.
- Conduct other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in project management, business administration, business management, human resources, public policy, or a related field.
- At least three years' experience working in a business sector with a high level of customer services involvement, project coordination interaction, and/or human resources (talent acquisitions).
- Must be lawfully authorized to work in the United States of America.

- Maintains confidentiality of and safeguards business development information, proposal information, contract content, financial data, human resource data, demographic data, and other content areas assigned.
- Works independently and within a team structure to organize and prioritize ongoing projects.
- Must attend training workshops and obtain certifications as recommended by management.
- Performs administrative/clerical functions as assigned.
