Your Role: Taylor Promotional Products, formerly known as Amsterdam Printing, is in search of a motivated Multilingual Client Support Specialist who is eager to foster strong, trustworthy relationships. In this position, you will engage with and fulfill the needs of our clientele.

Your Duties:

  • Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails
  • Make outbound calls to current clients
  • Assist clients with precise order placements
  • Inform clients about special offers and promotions
  • Provide detailed product information and pricing
  • Investigate and resolve client issues to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Support with refunds or exchanges when necessary
  • Engage relevant resources to address or resolve service challenges
  • Document client interactions according to established guidelines
  • Navigate and promote our various online platforms
  • Identify and communicate trends in customer experiences
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively to ensure a positive client experience

Your Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; occasional Saturdays and overtime during peak periods
  • This role will involve a hybrid work model with three days on-site each week and the remainder working remotely

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to write and speak the language
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, typing at least 50 WPM, and proficient in Windows-based applications
  • Positive, proactive attitude, self-motivated, and a problem-solver
  • Experience providing customer support via email and chat

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $17.00. The actual base wage offered will depend on various factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, unique skills, educational background, certifications, or other professional licenses held.
