Compensation Range:

Technical Proficiency:
Possesses a foundational understanding of information technology principles with practical knowledge in one or two technology domains. Applies technical expertise under supervision and well-defined work direction. Demonstrates adaptability and a willingness to learn new processes swiftly.

Analytical Abilities:
Utilizes established procedures to resolve work-related issues. Capable of directing individuals to appropriate resources for problem resolution.

Customer Service Focus:
Develops productive relationships with internal clients by actively listening, clarifying needs, and responding effectively. Collaborates efficiently with all team members within the organization.

Communication Skills:
Responsible for producing essential documentation in a clear and concise manner, adhering to established standards. Effectively shares knowledge within the team. Capable of communicating verbally in a clear and professional manner while providing Service Desk support via phone and/or email.

Relevant Experience:
Typically requires 1-2 years of relevant experience and an Associate's Degree or equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Creates and updates departmental documentation clearly.
  2. Provides first-level desktop and user support both in-person and via Service Desk phone support.
  3. Administers installed technologies, adhering to approved processes and procedures.
  4. Promotes adherence to technical standards.
  5. Participates in the implementation of technologies under the guidance of senior staff.
  6. Sets up, terminates, and updates security access.

Availability:
Must be available to work any shift within Service Desk support coverage from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7 pm, and participate in on-call rotation after hours, weekends, and holidays.

Customer Service Role:
Acts as a Customer Service Representative for the Service Desk, handling calls professionally.

Language Proficiency:
Must be able to speak, read, write, and follow instructions in English.
