Job Description

This position is responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP systems across our enterprise. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SAP development, configuration, and release management, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams to identify and translate business requirements into implementable solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight for the design, implementation, and testing of SAP systems.
  • SAP Development: Develop, configure, test, and implement SAP modules and applications.
  • Release Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute SAP releases and updates.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to SAP system performance, configuration, and data integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science or a related field.
  • SAP Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP development, configuration, and release management.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • SAP Best Practices: Strong understanding of SAP best practices within a customized SDLC.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
