About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful General Contractor/Construction Manager as they continue their growth trajectory. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, including pre-construction, construction, and completion.
  • Manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve any design or construction issues.
  • Maintain constant communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, manage resources, and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Construction Project Management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred
  • OSHA certification preferred
  • Proficient in project management software
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
