Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to help us take our brand to the next level. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, and website copy
- Manage and maintain our website, ensuring it's up-to-date and aligned with our brand messaging
- Project manage the work of external vendors, including PR, graphics, and website development
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to inform future strategy and optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a construction-related company or renewable energy sector
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and tone
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and drive
