  • Maintain precise records for clients and CAREGivers regarding concerns, scheduling modifications, etc., and ensure timely follow-ups with internal personnel, CAREGivers, and clients.
  • Offer community resources and referrals to clients as required and advocate for families when necessary.
  • Establish connections with referral sources in the community and support community marketing initiatives that promote our services to the public.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, the ability to listen attentively, work autonomously, meet deadlines, and uphold confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel is essential, along with the capability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
