- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to ensure accurate financial tracking and decision-making.
- Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring residents receive a high level of satisfaction and support.
- Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including fair housing and landlord-tenant laws.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, real estate, or hospitality.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily operations management, with a proven track record of success in staff management, financial management, and customer service.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software, such as Yardi.
- Certifications: Active state real estate license preferred.
