Job Title: Communications Director

At Tipping Point Community, we are seeking a highly skilled Communications Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that raises awareness and funds for our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a communications strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Development department to create compelling communications campaigns that engage donors and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of our digital communications channels, including email, web, and social media.
  • Direct a team of internal staff and external vendors to produce high-quality communications materials and events.
  • Partner with the Executive Team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in communications and marketing, with a focus on non-profit or philanthropic organizations.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and channels.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to direct a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communications campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
